Visit our platform and click 'Get Started'. You can register as an Individual User, Corporate Admin, or Lawyer. You'll need to provide your name, email, phone number, and NID (National ID) for verification. Corporate accounts require additional company registration details.

We offer three tiers: Individual (৳2,000/case) — single case submission with standard review. Premium (৳8,000/case) — expedited 24-48hr review with top-tier lawyers and video consultation. We accept bKash, Nagad, VISA, Mastercard, and bank transfers. Individual users pay 60% before delivery and 40% after the final legal opinion. Corporate clients have custom billing arrangements.

Yes. If you cancel within 24 hours of submission and no lawyer has been assigned, you're eligible for a full refund. After a lawyer is assigned, partial refunds may apply. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Standard cases are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days. Complex cases may take 7-10 business days. Premium users get expedited 24-48 hour reviews. You can track progress in real-time through your dashboard.

All lawyers on Vettify are verified advocates with credentials from the Bangladesh Bar Council and Supreme Court. They are vetted for expertise, track record, and professional standing before being admitted to the platform.

No. Vettify provides legal opinions for advisory purposes only. They do not constitute legal representation or court-admissible legal advice. For court representation, you should engage a practicing advocate directly.

Yes. You can request up to 3 rounds of feedback through the platform. If the opinion doesn't address your concerns, you can request revisions directly through the case chat. The lawyer will update their opinion based on your feedback.

Absolutely. All documents and communications are encrypted end-to-end (AES-256). Only your assigned lawyer and our admin team can access your case details. We use TLS 1.3 for data in transit and encrypted-at-rest storage. We comply with the Bangladesh Digital Security Act, 2018.

Only three parties can access your case documents: (1) You, the case owner. (2) The lawyer assigned to your case, and only after they accept the assignment. (3) Authorized Vettify admin staff for quality assurance and dispute resolution. No other users, lawyers, or third parties can access your documents.

The Corporate plan is designed for businesses, law firms, and institutions. It includes unlimited case submissions, branch-based access control, priority lawyer assignment, auto-generated billing, and dedicated support. Yes. Corporate accounts support branch-based access control. You can create multiple branches (e.g., Dhaka Office, Chittagong Office) and add employees to each branch. Each employee can submit and track cases independently, while the admin oversees all activity.

We accept PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, and PNG files. Each file can be up to 10MB, and you can upload up to 50 files per case. All uploaded files are scanned for malware before being stored.

Vettify is currently a web-based platform optimized for mobile browsers. You can access all features from your phone's browser. A native mobile app is on our roadmap.
